The Isra University Alumni Association is currently run by a team of office bearers. The office bearers for the year 2008 are:

At this stage, the office bearers are appointed by the Vice Chancellor, who is the Patron of Alumni, until such time when the Isra Univeristy Alumni Association becomes fully functional, and establishes chapters in the major cities of Pakistan and Overseas.
The Director of Student Affairs, Prof. Ali Ahmed Pandhiani, is the Coordinator of the Association.
